Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 42
This psalm can be applied to the church. In many countries and through long periods of time, critics have mocked Christianity, saying, “Where is your God?” (v.3, 10). This is especially true when the church has appeared weak, or has made mistakes (Claiming earth was center of universe), or was exposed in sin (Priests abusing boys).
How should we respond? We should thirst after God like a deer for water (v.1). We should not be satisfied until God’s presence is restored to the church! We should make confessions of faith to God (v.6) and ourselves (v.5, 11)!

Devotion 2 of 2: 1 Cor 10
This chapter is one of the most important for Christians to understand in the Bible. 2 verses reveal this chapter’s significance. According to v.6 and 11, what is recorded in the OT is for the church, especially in the LD!
The example of Israel, delivered from Egypt, passing through the Red Sea and dying in the wilderness is described (v.1-5). This is a picture of salvation, water baptism, infilling of the Holy Spirit, then not reaching the goal of Canaan! We need to understand what is the endtime Canaan! Most Christians will not enter it! Help us, Lord, to understand!

この章は、クリスチャンが聖書の中で理解すべき最も重要な章の一つです。2つの節がこの章の重要性を明らかにします。6節と11節によれば、旧約聖書に記されていることは教会、特に終末の教会のためにあるのです！
エジプトから救われ、紅海を渡り、荒野で死んだイスラエルの例が描かれています（1～5節）。これは救い、洗礼、聖霊の満たし、そしてカナンの地という目標に到達できなかったことの象徴です！私たちは終末のカナンの地とは何かを理解する必要があります！ほとんどのクリスチャンはそこに入りません！主よ、私たちがそれを理解できるようにお助けください！
