Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 15
Moses and Israel erupted in praise after witnessing God’s amazing victory over Pharaoh’s army at the Red Sea (v.1-18)! Praise always accompanies God’s works throughout church history.
Here are some examples of famous hymns: “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” symbolized the Protestant Reformation, “Love Divine All Loves Excelling” symbolized the Holiness Movement, “The Comforter Has Come” symbolized the Pentecostal Movement. Let’s sing the praise songs that symbolize what God is doing today around the world!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 16
This chapter says that God provided quail as meat and manna as bread for Israel for 40 years during their wilderness journey (v.11-15). Israel’s population was about 2-3M at that time. They traveled through a barren desert with absolutely no food or water! This truly was a series of miracles unheard of before in human history!
Furthermore, Deut 29:5 says neither their clothes nor their sandals wore out! Yet, despite God supernaturally and miraculously keeping them alive by providing for them every day, Israel complained (v.3)! Let’s vow never to complain to God!

この章には、イスラエルが荒野を旅していた40年間、神が肉としてウズラを、パンとしてマナを与えられたことが記されています（11-15節）。当時のイスラエルの人口は約200万から300万人でした。彼らは食料も水も全くない不毛の砂漠を旅しました。これはまさに人類史上前代未聞の奇跡の連続でした。
