Devotion 1 of 2: Ezek 7
This chapter is a prophecy of the coming disaster that will fall on Judah (v.5). God’s anger will judge Judah for their abominations of idolatry and cause the disaster that will end their kingdom (v.1-8, 20).
Endtime application: God has warned the world of calamities that will fall upon mankind during the endtime because of her sins. The destruction or harm of 1/3 of many things is predicted (Rev 8:7-13): trees and grass; seas, sea life and ships; rivers and springs; and sun, moon, stars and the day.
Just as God wanted Judah to know through their judgment that He alone was God, He wants the world to know through the endtime calamities they go through that He only is the One true God, and they can be saved through believing in Him! Let’s pray that many will receive that message!

この章は、ユダに降りかかる災いの預言です（5節）。神の怒りは、ユダの忌まわしい偶像礼拝を裁き、彼らの王国を滅ぼす災いをもたらします（1-8節、20節）。
終末への適用：神は、終わりの時代に人類が犯した罪のゆえに降りかかる災いについて、世に警告しておられます。多くのものの3分の1が破壊され、あるいは損なわれることが預言されています（黙8:7-13）。木や草、海、海の生き物や船、川や泉、そして太陽、月、星、昼などです。
神は、ユダが裁きを通して神ご自身が唯一の神であることを知らしめようとされたように、終末の災いを通して世の人々に、神ご自身が唯一の真の神であり、神を信じることによって救われることを知らしめようとも願っておられます。多くの人がこのメッセージを受け取るように祈りましょう。
Devotion 2 of 2: Matt 7
V.21-23 teach us an important principle. Although we prophesy, cast out demons or do many wonders in Jesus’ name, we cannot enter heaven unless we do the will of the Father. And we cannot practice lawlessness, either!
The Bible describes AC as the lawless one in 2 Thes 2:9-10: The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception. V.7 says the mystery of lawlessness is already at work, and v.8 says the lawless one will be revealed.
So, even if there are miracles, if the person is lawless, we shouldn’t follow him! What troubles me is that there is a world leader who is absolutely lawless. As I watch the news, I am appalled at how often, almost every day, he ignores or breaks the law! He is not the AC, but he is like AC’s forerunner! Let’s learn to discern or we’ll be deceived!

21-23節は、私たちに重要な原則を教えています。私たちはイエスの名によって預言をし、悪霊を追い出し、多くの奇跡を行っても、父の御心を行わない限り天国に入ることはできません。そして、不法を行うことも許されません。
聖書は2テサ2:9-10で、反キを不法の人として描いています。「不法の人の到来は、サタンの働きによるのであって、あらゆる偽りの力、しるし、不思議がそれに伴い･･･あらゆる悪の欺きが行われます。」7節では、「不法の秘密はすでに働いています」と述べられており、8節では、「不法の人が現れます」と述べられています。
ですから、たとえ奇跡があっても、不法の人であれば、付いて行くべきではありません。私が心配するのは、全く不法の国家の指導者がいることです。ニュースを見ると、彼が毎日のように、どれだけ法を無視したり破ったりしているかに愕然とします。彼は反キではありませんが、反キの先駆者のような存在です。見分けることを学ばなければ、私たちは騙されてしまいます！
