Devotion 1 of 2: Ezek 8
This chapter reveals some of Judah’s abominations that were making God go far away from His Temple (v.6).
They were: 1) Placing the image of jealousy near the north gate (v.3-5). An idol to provoke God to jealousy!
2) 70 elders burning incense in censers while harboring all sorts of creeping, abominable beasts and other idols in the dark room of their idols (v.7-12)! Elders, outwardly offering incense, while secretly worshiping idols!
3) Women weeping for Tammuz (v.14). Tammuz was a goddess who required worship through immoral acts.
4) 25 men turning their backs to the Temple while facing east and worshiping the sun (v.16). Many nations, including Japan, worship the sun, a created object, rather than the Creator of that object!
Judah’s abominations and violence provoked God to anger, so He determined their destruction (v.17-18).

この章は、神殿から遠く離れようとするユダの忌み嫌うべき行いのいくつかを明らかにしています（6節）。
それは、1) 北門の近くにねたみの偶像を置いたこと（3-5節）。神にねたみを引き起こすための偶像です！
2) 70人の長老たちが香炉で香を焚きながら、偶像の暗い部屋には這う忌むべき獣やその他の偶像を隠していたこと（7-12節）。長老たちは表向きには香を捧げながら、密かに偶像を崇拝していたのです！
3) タンムズのために泣く女性たち（14節）。タンムズは不道徳な行為によって崇拝を要求する女神でした。
4) 25人の男たちが神殿に背を向け、東を向いて太陽を崇拝していたこと。日本を含む多くの国々は、太陽の創造主ではなく、被造物である太陽を礼拝しています！
ユダの忌まわしい行いと暴力は神の怒りを招き、神は彼らの滅亡を定められました（17-18節）。
Devotion 2 of 2: Matt 8
This chapter describes Jesus’ public ministry in the area of Galilee. In v.2-3, Jesus showed His willingness to heal and cleanse the leper. Yes, Jesus wants to heal all the sick!
In v.8-13, the centurion understood Jesus had authority, and that’s why He could heal the sick! The last truth restored to the church will be spiritual authority. This will enable the LDC to heal and do miracles.
V.16 says Jesus cast out spirits and healed ALL who were sick. The LDC will also heal all the sick who come for prayer! This is what the works of Jesus is (John 14:12)!
When a scribe told Jesus he would follow Him wherever He went, Jesus answered that foxes have holes and birds have nests, but He didn’t have anywhere to lay His head (v.19-20). This will be true of the LDC, too, when AC persecutes us! Let’s prepare ourselves for not having homes!
デボーション2/2：Matt 8
この章は、ガリラヤ地方におけるイエスの公の宣教について記しています。2-3節で、イエスはらい病人を癒し、清めたい意志を示されました。そうです、イエスは全ての病人を癒したいです！
8-13節で、百人隊長はイエスに権威があり、だからこそイエスが病人を癒すことができることを理解しました。教会に回復される最後の真理は、霊的権威です。この権威によって、終末教会は癒しと奇跡を行う力を得ます。
16節には、イエスが悪霊を追い出し、病人をみな癒されたと記されています。終末教会は、祈りに来るすべての病人を癒します！これがイエスの御業なのです（ヨハネ14:12）。
ある律法学者がイエスに、どこへでもついて行きますと告げると、イエスは「狐には穴があり、鳥には巣があるが、人の子には枕する所もない」と答えました（19-20節）。これは、反キが迫害する時、終末教会にも当てはまります！家がなくなることに備えましょう！
