Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 73
This psalm was written by Asaph and can be divided into 2 parts: v.1-15 and v.16-28. In the 1st part, Asaph is looking at those who were boastful, proud, scoffing, violent and wicked and was envious of them because they were prospering (v.3).
In the 2nd part, Asaph’s understanding changes and he realizes that eventually the ungodly would face destruction (v.18). Why did he change? Because he went to the sanctuary of God (v.17)! Like Asaph, let’s not think foolishly or grieve when ungodly people increase in riches (v.12)! Let’s draw near to God and pray for them instead!

この詩篇はアサフによって書かれたもので、1-15節と16-28節の二つの部分から成り立っている。最初の部分で、アサフは、誇りぶる者、高ぶる者、あざける者、暴力を振るう者、悪者たちを見つめ、彼らが栄えているのを見てねたんでいた（3節）。
第二の部分で、アサフの理解は変わり、神に従わない者たちが最終的に滅びに直面することに気づく（18節）。なぜ彼は変わったのか。それは、彼が神の聖所に入ったからである（17節）。アサフのように、神に従わない者たちの富が増すときに、愚かに考えたり、心を痛めたりしないようにしよう（12節）。むしろ、神に近づき、彼らのために祈ろうではないか。
Devotion 2 of 2: 1 Thess 5
V.1-11 reveal important truths concerning when Jesus will return to rapture the church. First, there will be 2 groups, the people of light and the people of darkness. The people of light will know the season of the rapture, but the people of darkness will be sleeping and drunk and will be caught unaware, like a thief in the night (v.1-4).
I believe the rapture will happen in the middle of the tribulation because during the 2nd half of the tribulation, God’s wrath will judge AC and his wicked followers, and v.9 says God will not appoint us to wrath! Let’s continue to study the endtimes to prepare ourselves!

1-11節は、イエスが教会を携挙するためにいつ来臨されるかに関する重要な真理を明らかにしている。第一に、二つのグループ、すなわち「光の子ども」と「暗やみの者」が存在する。光の子どもは携挙の時期を知るが、暗やみの者は眠って酔っており、夜中の盗人のように突如として襲われることとなる（1-4節）。
私は、携挙は患難期の半ばに起こると信じる。なぜなら、患難期の後半に、神の怒りが反キとその邪悪な従者たちを裁くからであり、9節には神が私たちを御怒りに会うように定めなかったとあるからである。自らを備えるために、終末について学び続けていこうではないか。
