Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 29

Chapter 29 explains what was needed of Aaron and his sons to be consecrated as High Priest and priests. We are called to be kings and priests for our God (1 Pet 2:9) so this chapter teaches about our need to be consecrated to God!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 30

This chapter describes the Altar of Incense, found in the Holy Place (v.1-10), and the Bronze Laver, found in the Outer Court (v.17-21). The Altar of Incense symbolizes the truths of prayer and worship, which God is reviving in these last days to prepare the church for entering the Holiest of Holies.
The Brazen Laver symbolizes the truths of water baptism and sanctification, which were restored after the Reformation, through the Baptist and Holiness Movements.
