Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 7
Moses confronts Pharoah from chapter 7 to 12. It was a severe battle, whose stakes were high. The whole nation of Israel hung in the balance! Moses’ last question in 6:30 was very important. “Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh heed me?” The following chapters give us the answer!
Moses broke Pharaoh’s arrogance by striking the earth with 10 plagues! But it wasn’t easy! Pharaoh didn’t listen right away! And he tried to deceive Moses many times! Let’s learn how to overcome AC by studying Moses!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 8
We see the 2nd, 3rd and 4th plagues of frogs (v.6), lice (v.17) and flies (v.24) in this chapter. Pharaoh’s magicians could copy the 1st and 2nd plagues (7:22, 8:7), but they couldn’t do from the 3rd on (v.18)! This showed the difference between God’s and Satan’s powers! But still, Pharaoh didn’t let Israel go free during the 1st 3 plagues (v.19)!
Then, finally, after the 4th plague, Pharaoh seemed to give in but he was just playing mind games, trying to trick Moses into compromising. But Moses didn’t, so in the end Pharaoh kept Israel bound (v.25-32).
