Devotion 1 of 2: Dan 9
In v.1-19, Daniel understands from the Scriptures about God’s plan to release the Jews from captivity after 70 years. So, he repents for Israel’s sins and asks God for forgiveness and not to delay because Jerusalem is desolated and an object of scorn!
When we realize God’s plan of restoring the church, we, too, should repent of all the sins of the church in not believing and obeying God and ask God to not delay in fulfilling His promises to His people!
V.20-27 contain the amazing 70 weeks prophecy of Daniel, but we don’t have enough space to cover it here, so let’s listen to the message on 11/2!

1-19節では、ダニエルは御言葉から、神の計画は70年間でユダヤ人を捕囚から解放するということを理解します。そこで彼はイスラエルの罪を悔い改め、エルサレムが荒廃し、嘲笑の的となっていることを嘆願し、神に赦しを請います。
教会を回復するという神の計画を理解するとき、私たちも教会が神を信じず、神に従わなかったすべての罪を悔い改め、神の民への約束の成就を遅らせないよう神に祈るべきです。
20-27節にはダニエルの驚くべき70週預言が記されていますが、ここでは紙幅が足りないので、11月2日のメッセージで聞きましょう。
Devotion 2 of 2: Dan 10
This chapter shows us what happens in the spirit world during spiritual warfare. Daniel receives a revelation concerning a great war (v.1) and mourns for its understanding for 3 weeks (v.2) until he receives the understanding in a vision (v.1b), which is described in chapter 11.
An angel appears in the vision and explains an important truth about spiritual warfare to Daniel in v.4-21. The angel was sent as soon as Daniel began praying, but the prince (evil spirit) of the Persian kingdom resisted him for 21 days (v.12-13)! So, God answers our prayers right away, but sometimes Satan delays the answer!
One important key to achieve victory in spiritual warfare is to not give up but continue praying until the breakthrough comes! Let’s continue praying for revival until the evil spirit over Japan is broken and revival comes!

この章は、霊的戦いの間に霊界で何が起こるかを示しています。ダニエルは大きな戦争について啓示を受け（1節）、その理解を得るために3週間（2節）嘆き悲しみます。そして、11章で描かれている幻の中で理解を得ます（1b節）。
4-21節では、天使が幻の中に現れ、ダニエルに霊的戦いに関する重要な真理を解き明かします。ダニエルが祈り始めるとすぐに天使が遣わされましたが、ペルシャ王国の君主（悪霊）は21日間も彼に抵抗しました（12-13節）。このように、神は私たちの祈りにすぐに答えてくださいますが、サタンは答えを遅らせることがあるのです。
霊的戦いに勝利するための重要な鍵の一つは、諦めずに突破口が開かれるまで祈り続けることです。日本を抑圧している悪霊が打ち砕かれ、リバイバルが訪れるまで、諦めずに祈り続けましょう。
