Devotion 1 of 2: Prov 22
Let’s look at v.7, “The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender;” v.9, “He who has a generous eye will be blessed, for he gives of his bread to the poor;” and v.16, “He who oppresses the poor to increase his riches, and he who gives to the rich, will surely come to poverty.”
The above verses describe what an authoritarian ruler does. He uses his government position to rule over the poor, increase his riches and give to his rich family and friends! This has happened in many countries like Russian, North Korea, Myanmar, etc. We must pray for the U.S. It’s reported that its leader has used his position and made over $3B (445億円) since taking office.

7節「富む者は貧しい者を支配する。借りる者は貸す者のしもべとなる。」、9節「善意の人は祝福を受ける。自分のパンを寄るべのない者に与えるから。」、と16節「自分を富まそうと寄るベのない者をしいたげる人、富む人に与える者は、必ず乏しくなる。」を見てみましょう。
これらの御言葉は、専制的な支配者がすることを描いています。彼は政府の地位を利用して貧しい者を支配し、自分の富を増し、裕福な家族や友人に与えるのです！ これはロシア、北朝鮮、ミャンマーなど多くの国で起こってきました。私たちはアメリカのためにも祈らなければなりません。報道によると、その指導者は就任以来、自分の地位を使い、30億ドル（445億円）以上を設けたと言われています。
Devotion 2 of 2: Luke 22
Muslims say that Jesus never claimed to be the Son of God, and this title was added, mainly by John and Paul, years after Jesus died! But our answer should be: Jesus never claimed to be the Son of God because the Father did not permit Him to say it! He always did and said what the Father showed Him to do and say (John 5:19).
The Father wanted Jesus’ works to be the proof. He did not want Jesus to sound like He was promoting Himself, like many false Christs were doing! But here is a Scripture that proves that Jesus was indeed the Son of God! V.70: Then they all said, “Are You then the Son of God?” So He said to them, “You rightly say that I am.”
Let’s boldly declare Jesus’ deity to Muslims and all the world because it’s what the Word of God teaches!

イスラム教徒たちは、「イエスは自分を神の子と主張したことはなく、この称号はイエスの死後、主にヨハネやパウロによって付け加えられたものだ」と言います。 しかし、私たちの答えはこうであるべきです。イエスが自分を神の子と語らなかったのは、父なる神がそれを許されなかったからです。イエスはいつも、父が示されたことだけを行い、また語られました（ヨハネ5:19; 8:26）。
父なる神は、言葉ではなく、イエスの業が証拠になるのを望まれました。多くの偽キリストの者たちがしていたように、イエスがまるで自分を売り込んでいるように聞こえるのを避けるためです。しかし、イエスが本当に神の子であったことを示す聖書の箇所があります。70節にはこうあります。『彼らはみなで言った。「ではあなたは神の子ですか。」すると、イエスは彼らに「あなたがたの言うとおり、わたしはそれです」と言われた。』
ですから、私たちは大胆にイエスの神性を宣言しましょう。イスラム教徒に対しても、そして全世界に対しても――なぜなら、それが聖書の教えていることだからです。
