Devotion 1 of 2: Prov 4
V.5 shouts, “Get wisdom! Get understanding!” And v.7-9 tells us that if we exalt wisdom and understanding, they will promote us, bring us honor and place a crown of glory on our head!
Endtime application: To be promoted, be honored and wear a crown of glory in the last days means to be a part of the LDC and display the glory and power of God to the world! The LDC will also do the works of Jesus, save hundreds of millions, or billions, of souls, and prepare the way for Jesus’ 2nd coming to rule the earth! Let’s seek the privilege of being a part of the LDC of Japan!
8/14（木）箴言4章（デボーション1）
5節は「知恵を得よ！悟りを得よ！」と叫びます。そして7-9節は、私たちが知恵と悟りを尊ぶなら、それらは私たちを高め、誉れを与え、栄光の冠を授けてくれると教えています。
終末への適用：終わりの日に高められ、誉れを受け、栄光の冠をかぶることは、終末教会の一員となり、神の栄光と力を世界に示すことを意味します。終末教会はイエスの御業を行い、何億、あるいは何十億もの魂を救い、イエスの再臨によって地上を治める道を備えます。日本の終末教会の一員となる特権を求めましょう！
Devotion 2 of 2: Luke 4
This chapter describes Jesus beginning His public ministry. After being tested by Satan in the wilderness for 40 days, Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit and impacted the surrounding region (v.1-14)! Then He entered the synagogue in Nazareth, read Isaiah 61:1-2 and declared that that Scripture was fulfilled that day! Next, Jesus began to cast out demons, heal the sick and preach the kingdom of God (v.16-44)!
Endtime application: Jesus is demonstrating what the LDC’s ministry will be like! Let’s pray Isaiah 61:1-2 will be fulfilled through us to do the works of Jesus, healing the sick, setting prisoners free and giving hope to the lost!
