Devotion 1 of 2: 1 Chron 12
This chapter describes the growth of David’s army as he gained recognition as king of Israel. Let’s confirm when the tribes of Israel joined David’s forces. First, David’s army began from the men who gathered at Ziklag. They transformed into David’s mighty men (v.1). Some were from the tribe of Benjamin, Saul’s tribe (v.2)!
The tribe of Gad joined in v.8. Benjamin and Judah appeared in v.16. Manasseh joined in v.19. Judah increased in v.24; Simeon joined in v.25; Levi in v.26; Benjamin again in v.29; Ephraim in v.30; Manasseh again in v.31; Issachar in v.32; Zebulun in v.33; Naphtali in v.34; Dan in v.35; Reuben, Gad and Manasseh again in v.37.
The only tribe I can’t find is Asher, although I think they probably joined David’s army, too!
Endtime application: When revival breakthrough happens, it will quickly spread to many churches around the globe and become a world-wide revival!

この章は、ダビデがイスラエルの王として認められるにつれて、彼の軍隊が成長していく様子を描いています。イスラエルの部族がいつダビデの軍勢に加わったのかを確認してみましょう。まず、ダビデの軍勢はツィクラグに集まった人々から始まりました。彼らはダビデの勇士へと変貌を遂げました（1節）。その中には、サウルの部族であるベニヤミン族の者もいました（2節）。
ガド族は8節で合流しました。ベニヤミンとユダは16節で登場します。マナセは19節で合流しました。ユダは24節で増加し、シメオンは25節で、レビは26節で、ベニヤミンは29節で、エフライムは30節で、マナセは31節で、イッサカルは32節で、ゼブルンは33節で、ナフタリは34節で、ダンは35節で、ルベン、ガド、マナセは37節で再び加わりました。
唯一見つけられない部族はアシェルですが、おそらく彼らもダビデの軍隊に加わったのではないかと思います。
終末への応用：リバイバルの突破が起こると、それはすぐに世界中の多くの教会に広がり、世界規模のリバイバルとなるでしょう。
Devotion 2 of 2: 1 Chron 13
In v.3, David said an important statement: “Let us bring the ark of our God back to us, for we have not inquired at it since the days of Saul.” Saul didn’t understand the presence of God and the importance of the Ark, so he never inquired of God nor thought of bringing the Ark near to himself!
But David understood the Ark and God’s presence, so he decided as soon as he became king, to bring the Ark to Zion, his city! Endtime application: Many churches don’t understand God’s presence or entering God’s presence through worship, so they will become the Saul Church of the endtime, not the David Revival Church!
David tried to bring the Ark of the Covenant to Zion but failed when Uzza touched the Ark to keep it from falling (v.9)! Application: The church has made mistakes in restoring God’s presence. Let’s learn from our mistakes and do it the right way!
デボーション2/2：1 Chron 13
3節で、ダビデは重要なことを述べています。「私たちの神の箱を私たちのもとに持ち帰ろう。私たちは、サウルの時代には、これを顧みなかったから。」サウルは神の臨在と契約の箱の重要性を理解していなかったため、神に尋ねることも、箱を自分の近くに運ぶことも考えませんでした。
しかし、ダビデは箱と神の臨在を理解していたので、王となるとすぐに、自分の町シオンに箱を運ぶことを決意しました。終末の適用：多くの教会は神の臨在や、礼拝を通して神の臨在に入ることを理解していません。そのため、彼らは終末時代のダビデ・リバイバル教会ではなく、サウル教会になってしまうでしょう。
ダビデは契約の箱をシオンに運ぼうとしましたが、ウザが箱に触れて倒れないようにしたため、失敗しました（9節）。適用：教会は神の臨在を回復する上で間違いを犯します。間違いから学び、正しい方法で行いましょう。
