Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 117

During the age of Israel and the law, it’s amazing to find a psalm like this! “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles! Laud Him, all you peoples! For His merciful kindness is great toward us, and the truth of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord!” (v.1-2).
This psalm is calling on Gentiles to praise the Lord God of Israel! This shows how God was reaching out to the Gentiles even during the OT era! His ultimate desire was fully revealed in the NT when Jesus told His disciples to preach the gospel to all the world!
Let’s thank Him for loving and caring for Gentiles like us from the beginning!

Devotion 2 of 2: Rev 15

In this chapter we see the prelude to the Bowl Judgments of T2 that begin in the next chapter. I was touched by v.2, “And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.”
I believe this verse means that there will be many people who overcome AC, his image and his mark during T2! Why? I believe many of them will witness the resurrection, then rapture of the LDC in the middle of the tribulation and give glory to God as described in Rev 11:11-13.
Here’s a paraphrase of that Scripture: After 3.5 days God raised the 2 witnesses from the dead, and great fear fell on those who saw them. A loud voice from heaven said, “Come up here,” and they ascended to heaven, seen by their enemies. A great earthquake struck, killing 7,000, and people were afraid and gave glory to God.
I also believe that the 144,000 Messianic Jews of Rev 14 will also evangelize and lead many Gentiles to salvation. And also, if people had worshiped AC’s image and taken his mark in the past, I believe if they realize that AC was a deceiver and Jesus is the truth and repent of their sins and make Jesus their Lord, their sins will be forgiven, and they, too, will be saved!
So, let’s pray for many millions to be saved during T2! I believe God wants to save as many people as possible!
