Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 11

1) Gold & Silver: The Jews got their wages back for many years of slave labor to Pharaoh (v.2). The LDC will be rewarded for the persecution they suffer from AC by reaping a rich harvest of souls!
Favor & Great: The Egyptians respected the Jews and were in awe of Moses because of the great authority and power of God revealed through him (v.3)! The LDC will be respected and held in high esteem when we believe in and manifest the awesome authority and power of God in the LD against AC! This will lead to many millions converting from AC to JC!
2) Dog’s tongue: At first, the Egyptians looked down at the Jews, but in the end, no one dared speak against them because they realized the Jews’ God was real whereas they only had man-made religion (v.7).
Application to the LD: At first, people will mock the LDC, but in the end, they will respect LDC because LDC’s God is genuine while theirs is a man (AC) with many faults and sins.
Bow to Moses: In the end Egyptians will recognize Moses’ greatness and beg him to take Jews away!
Application to LD: In the end, world will highly respect the Moses Church, and many will join it to be saved!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 12

(2/2)
This chapter describes the first Feast of Passover that Israel kept when they were delivered from Egypt. I I have made a possible timeline of the first Passover:
*1/10. A male lamb without blemish was chosen for each household (v.3-5).
*1/14. The lamb was killed at twilight (3-5pm) (v.6), and its blood was applied on the doorposts and lintel of Jewish homes (v.7).
*1/15. The lamb was roasted and eaten in the Passover meal (From 6pm) (v.8); at midnight the angel of death passed over the land and killed the firstborn of houses without the blood (v.12, 29); in the morning, Israel left Egypt (v.33, 39).
How marvelous and powerful Christ’s death on Calvary’s cross was! It set us free from sin and death and gave us a new life on earth and eternal life in heaven!
