Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 1

Moses was born in a time of great danger and persecution from Pharaoh (v.8-14). He was supposed to be killed at birth because Pharaoh ordered all boy babies to be slaughtered (v.15-22). In the endtime, when AC rises up to persecute the church, Christians will cry out to God, God will answer by pouring out the Holy Spirit in power, and the Moses Church (LDC) will be born! Let’s pray for this to happen and for us to be a part of the Moses Church!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 2

(2/2)
1) Because Moses appeared on the Mt. of Transfiguration with Elijah and Jesus (Mark 9:1-9). This phenomenon was a prophetic picture of the kingdom of God present with power, which is the LDC. Also, one of the 2 witnesses in Rev 11, who are the LDC, will be doing works like Moses, such as turning water to blood and striking the earth with plagues (Rev 11:6).
2) A) First 40 years of Moses’ life as a prince in Egypt. He learned much about Egypt and Pharaoh, which helped him when he confronted Pharaoh to fulfill his calling of delivering his people, the Jews, from Egypt.
3) A) Second 40 years of Moses’ life (40-80 years old) as a shepherd for his father-in-law in the wilderness. He learned much about the wilderness, which helped him to fulfill his calling of leading Israel through the wilderness into the Promised Land.
4) A) Third 40 years (80-120), as deliverer and leader of the Jews, leading them out of Egypt and through the wilderness for 40 years because they didn’t have faith to enter the Promised Land.
