Devotion 1 of 2: Job 24
Unlike other chapters, when Job complains about how God seems to allow the wicked to prosper, in this chapter Job gives a more accurate and balanced description of how God often deals with the wicked! V.1-4a, v.9-10 and v.13-17 describe the wicked and their deeds, while v.4b-8 and v.11-12 describe the plight of their victims.
But the rest of the chapter, v.18-25, talks about how God exalts the wicked for a while, then brings them low! We want to remember this fact about the wicked, and instead of hating them, we should pray that they will repent of their sins and come to Christ for forgiveness!

Devotion 2 of 2: Matt 24
(2/2)
1) Because AC will probably threaten to kill everyone in the family or church if even one person is found who doesn’t worship the beast’s image or take his mark. But if they give up all the non-worshipers’ names, the family or church will be spared. Many weak believers will compromise and betray their family or church friends to avoid getting killed! This will be the great falling away prophesied in 2 Thes 2:1-3.
2) It will take place during the first half of the tribulation through the LDC, or 2 witnesses of Rev. 11.
