Devotion 1 of 2: Esth 10
Mordecai exemplifies the kind of pastor and leader God wants to raise up in his church! He was well received by the multitude, sought the good of his people and spoke peace to all his countrymen (v.3). We should be pastors and leaders who are respected by our people, who seek for the people to be blessed and who speak peace and love to the people!

Devotion 2 of 2: Esth 9
1) The Jews overpowered their enemies instead (v.1)! They also hanged Haman’s 10 sons on the gallows (v.14). They also celebrated their victory with a feast they called Purim, which they did annually (v.26-28).
2) When AC persecutes the church, the LDC will be able to judge their enemies instead (Rev 11:5-6). This will result in a great revival in which an innumerable multitude will believe in Jesus because of the power and authority they see in the LDC (Rev 7:9, 14).
