Devotion 1 of 2: Luke 20
(I'm sorry for the delay in posting!)
1) Jesus, who was rejected by the Jews, has become the cornerstone of the new temple (church) that God is building.
2) All who surrender completely to Jesus will be broken and transformed into a new creation.
3) But if anyone rejects Jesus, he will be crushed and lose eternal life.

Devotion 2 of 2: Prov 20
V.12 says, “The hearing ear and the seeing eye, the Lord has made them both.” Modern man says that all life came about through evolution. But even today they cannot explain how the first life began without a Creator. And the ear and the eye are amazing organs that show how awesome God’s creative abilities are! They both pick up waves (sound and light waves), transform them through very complicated processes into electrical signals that are sent to the brain where they are processed as sounds and images. I believe these very delicate procedures are impossible to have come about through only natural evolutionary functioning and provide strong evidence of a Creator God.
