Devotion 1 of 2: 1 Chron 24
In v.2, it says that Nadab and Abihu died. The reason was because they offered unauthorized fire before the Lord, which God had not commanded (Lev 10:1). God dealt severely with them by sending fire and consuming them (Lev 10:2)! As NT priests, we, too, offer incense fire in the form of prayer, praise or even preaching. We must always be careful that we are doing so in obedience to God. If our heart is impure, when we pray or praise or preach, instead of us receiving spiritual life, spiritual death may seep into us and rob us of God’s blessings!

Devotion 2 of 2: Eph 1
1) I think these expressions ultimately refer to our eternal life in a wonderful heaven, but I believe they also refer to the LDC’s calling to save the world, become a glorious church, and have the power to heal and do miracles!
2) I believe one possibility is that Paul received these revelations when he died and went to heaven
(Acts 14:19-20; 2 Cor 12:2-4). He said he heard amazing things that he could not repeat.
