Devotion 1 of 2: Ezek 10
When we compare the 4 cherubim here with those in chapter 1, we find one face is different. Here one of the faces is a cherub’s (v.14), but in chapter 1, it is an ox’s (1:10). I think we can see these 2 faces as the same by interpreting them to be faces of a servant: cherubim serve God and oxen serve man.

Devotion 2 of 2: Matt 10
1) Why? Because God has a plan of restoring the church, but we are still in the process of being restored. How? By being fully restored so that all of the promises of God’s Word will be fulfilled all the time.
2) Bible verses do not apply to all situations, only some. These verses apply only to families in which some members oppose Christ. Because we want to love Jesus more than our family (v.37), if our family opposes Christ, we cannot agree with them, so it will divide the family! But if no one opposes Christ, this Scripture does not apply, and our family will not be divided
