Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 127
I think this psalm is telling fathers the way to build up their house or family is not by only rising early and staying up late, toiling to provide for the family (v.2), but by also spending quality time with the family. Fathers must recognize children are a heritage and reward from God (v.3); children should be carefully taken care of as arrows are by warriors (v.4)
