I think the list of widows was a list of widows over 60 (v.9), who were in need (v.3, 5), who didn’t have a family to care for them (v.4-5), who were diligent in prayer (v.5), who devoted themselves to serve others (v.10), and who made a pledge not to marry (v.12). I believe the church did what it could to take care of them (v.16).

Devotion 2 of 2: Isa 65
1) v.1-16: I think Isaiah is prophesying about God revealing himself to Gentiles, who weren't seeking him (v.1), because the Jews rejected him so many times (v.2-5). This happened in the church age. 2) v.17-25: I think this is a prophecy of the Millennium Kingdom because v.25 says the wolf and the lamb will feed together, but v.17 about the new heaven and earth applies to eternity after the Millennium.
