In v.4, Moab is called the oppressor and destroyer, so they killed many people. Moab also had pride, arrogance, conceit, insolence and empty boasting (v.6). So these were some of the sins for which they were destroyed.

Devotion 2 of 2: Luke 16
We should use money to make friends and witness to them to lead them to eternal life. But we should be trustworthy, and not dishonest, in handling wealth, so that we can be trusted with more and also receive true heavenly riches because we’ve used wealth to win souls. If we are dishonest with someone else’s wealth, we will not gain our own.
