Devotion 1 of 2: Isa 3
One of Isaiah’s warnings of judgment is found in v.8-9. He warned Judah that their deeds were against the Lord, defying his glorious presence. He warned them that by parading their sin like Sodom and not even hiding it would bring disaster upon themselves! One of the sins of Sodom was homosexual behavior, which is growing in Japan also. So I feel I need once in a while to preach with love about the consequences of homosexual behavior.

Devotion 2 of 2: Luke 3
John the Baptist’s central theme was repentance for the forgiveness of sins (v.3). One way I can apply it to my life is to repent of my sins and dedicate myself to preparing myself and others for the 2nd coming of Christ (v.4-5).
