Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 43
This is a good psalm to confess if we are believing God to restore His glorious church! In Japan, the church is very small and seemingly oppressed by our enemy (v.2)! What can we do to change this? We can go to the holy mountain, Zion, where God dwells, to the altar of God and worship him (v.3-4) in David’s Tabernacle (DT), which is the Last Day Church! God promised he will restore the fallen DT and win the nations, including Japan, to salvation (Acts 15:16-17)!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 44
God allowed Absalom’s rebellion against his father David to happen because of David’s sin with Bathsheba. The prophet Nathan prophesied this judgment on David in 2 Sam 12:10-12, “…the sword will never depart from your house…out of your own household I am going to bring calamity to you…”
