Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 23
The 3 main feasts are called Festival of Unleavened Bread (v.15), Festival of Harvest (16), and Festival of Ingathering (v.16). The names and their natural and spiritual significances are:
Festival of Unleavened Bread. Natural: Israel had to eat bread without leaven for 7 days. Spiritual: Through salvation (Passover) we are forgiven and set free from sin (leaven) and should desire to live a life free of sin, a sanctified life.
Festival of Harvest. Natural: Israel reaped the barley, then the wheat harvest and celebrated it with this festival. Spiritual: This feast is also called the Feast of Pentecost, which speaks of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. When we are baptized in the Holy Spirit, we receive power to become witnesses for Jesus and can reap a harvest of souls!
Festival of Ingathering. Natural: Israel gathered the grape and olive harvest and then celebrated it with this festival, also called the Feast of Tabernacles. Spiritual: At the end of this world age, the church will experience the fulfillment of this feast and gather the greatest harvest of souls in world history!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 24
I will link Mt. Sinai (MS) to the baptism of the Holy Spirit (BHS) or to the Day of Pentecost (DOP). There was the cloud on MS (v.15), which represents the HS. The HS was poured out on the DOP (Acts 2:1-4). The glory of the Lord also settled on MS (v.16). On the DOP, the glory of God was manifested when thousands of people gathered and 3,000 of them were saved! (Acts 2:41). The glory of the Lord looked like a consuming fire on top of MS (v.17). The baptism of the HS is a baptism of fire, too (Matt 3:11-12)! And on the DOP, tongues of fire appeared on all of the disciples’ heads (Acts 2:3).
