While Israel was in the wilderness in the land of drought, they followed God faithfully (v.5), but when they had pastures and were filled with prosperity, they forgot him (v.6)! This is a picture of the Laodicea Church of the endtime! Let’s have the mentality of the Feast of Tabernacles, living in tents in the wilderness, so we will never forget our wonderful God!
