Devotion 1 of 3: Hos 14

This chapter shows us God’s wonderful plan of restoration for northern Israel. He says in v.4, “I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely.” Sadly, this didn’t happen after their captivity in Assyria as they never returned to their land again. But I believe the northern Jews are part of Israel being restored now, and many of them will be saved when Jesus returns! Praise God for his amazing love!

Devotion 2 of 3: Hos 14, John 14

I'm sorry! I posted my SAT Devotions before posting the SAT Devotional Assignment (DA)! Here's SAT, 11/11's DA now:

HOS 14: God calls to Israel to return to him in this chapter. Let’s seek the Lord and share what he shows us.

JOHN 14: In this chapter Jesus gives his disciples some important teachings before his crucifixion. Let’s seek God and share what he reveals or answer these questions:
1) In v.12, Jesus promises us that if we believe in him, we will do the works that he did, and even greater works! Name one work of Jesus that you would like to do along with a promise for that work in Scripture.
2) Name another work that you would like to do along with a Scriptural promise.

Devotion 3 of 3: John 14

1) Heal the sick. Mark 16:18: They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.
2) Lead thousands of souls to Christ. Rev 7:9, 14. John saw a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and the Lamb. These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
