1) Yes, I do, although there can be exceptions. It is because of the testimony of the 5 times that believers received the BHS in Acts. Out of the 5, 3 times clearly state they spoke in tongues:
1. 2:4 They were filled with the Spirit and began to speak in tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
2. 10:44-46 …the Holy Spirit fell…and Jewish believers…heard them (Gentiles) speaking in tongues…
3. 19:6 When Paul laid his hands, the Spirit came on them, and they began speaking in tongues.
These 3 testimonies are important because by 2 or 3 witnesses, truths are established (2 Cor 13:1). And even the other 2 times, it is very likely that the believers spoke in tongues! 8:17-19; 9:17
1) Why do Bible scholars believe the prophecy in v.11-29 was directed against Lucifer?
2) RRV teaching! Lucifer was God’s highest creation at first. But when we study the stones he was given in v.13 and compare them to the stones on the breastplate of the high priest in Ex 28:17-20, we realize that God’s highest calling in creation was given to another! Who was that and what was that highest calling? (Hint: Not Jesus, because he was not created; he is God!)
