Devotion 1 of 2: Hos 7
This chapter describes Israel’s spiritual and moral corruption. It paints Israel as an oven (v.4-7), cake (v.8-9), dove (v.11-12) and bow (v.16). Each picture has a message, but let’s just look at just one, the dove.
Ephraim (Israel) was like a silly dove, without sense because they went from country to country, seeking help (v.11). Yes, Israel was afraid of their enemies destroying them, so they went to different nations, especially Egypt and Assyria, seeking help!
But God hindered all their efforts so that they couldn’t find any real help from other nations (v.12)! What God wanted was for Israel to turn to Him and seek deliverance, but they didn’t do that, so Israel was defeated! Let’s not seek the world, but first seek the Lord for help when the enemy attacks us, and He will answer our cries!

この章はイスラエルの霊的、道徳的な堕落を描いています。イスラエルはかまど（4-7節）、パン菓子（8-9節）、鳩（11-12節）、弓（16節）に例えられています。それぞれの例には教訓がありますが、ここでは鳩だけについて見てみましょう。
エフライム（イスラエル）は愚かな鳩のようで、思慮がなく、助けを求めて国から国へと渡り歩きました（11節）。そうです、イスラエルは敵に滅ぼされることを恐れ、エジプトやアッシリアなど、様々な国に助けを求めに行ったのです。
しかし、神は彼らの努力をすべて妨げ、他の国々から真の助けを得ることができませんでした（12節）。神はイスラエルが神に立ち返り、救いを求めることを望んでおられましたが、彼らはそうしませんでした。そのため、イスラエルは敗北したのです。敵に攻撃されたとき、まず世を求めるのではなく、主に助けを求めましょう。そうすれば、主は私たちの叫びに答えてくださいます。
Devotion 2 of 2: John 7
In this chapter, we see much controversy swirling around Jesus during the Feast of Tabernacles (v.2). We will experience the spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles during the LDR, so let’s search for some truths in this chapter that will apply!
*The Jews tried to kill Jesus (v.1). The LDC will be persecuted during the LDR! *Jesus’ brothers did not believe in Him (v.5). Many Christians will not believe in the LDR. *Jesus appeared in Jerusalem in the middle of the 7-day feast (v.14). Jesus will appear to rapture the LDC in the middle of the 7-year tribulation.
*Many people believed in Jesus (v.31). During the LDR, the greatest number of souls in history will be saved (Rev 7:9-14). *Jesus promised the Spirit will flow like a river (v.38). The Spirit will be poured out during the LDR! Let’s pray for the Feast of Tabernacles to come to pass!

この章では、仮庵の祭りの期間中、イエス様をめぐって多くの論争が巻き起こる様子が描かれています（2節）。私たちは仮庵の祭りの霊的な成就を終末リバイバルで経験することになるため、この章から当てはまる真理を探してみましょう。
*ユダヤ人はイエスを殺そうとしていました（1節）。終末教会は終末リバイバル中に迫害されます！*イエス様の兄弟たちはイエス様を信じませんでした（5節）。多くのクリスチャンは終末リバイバルを信じません。*イエス様は7日間の祭りの最中にエルサレムに現れました（14節）。イエス様は7年間の患難期の最中に終末教会を携挙するために現れます。
*多くの人がイエスを信じました（31節）。終末リバイバルの間、歴史上最も多くの魂が救われます（黙7:9-14）。イエスは聖霊が川のように流れると約束されました（38節）。終末リバイバルの間、聖霊が注がれます！仮庵の祭りが霊的に成就するように祈りましょう！
