Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 84
We can apply the Scriptures in many different ways in our lives. This psalm was written by the sons of Korah about the blessings of David’s Tabernacle (DT). We can apply this to the church God is restoring (Acts 15:16-17).
The sons of Korah describe how DT is lovely (v.1), how they long for it (v.2) and how those who dwell there are blessed (v.4). V.10 says one day in the courts of DT is better than 1000 days outside of it, and v.11 says it’s better to be a doorkeeper in DT than to dwell in the tents of wickedness! Let’s love and dwell in the DT church!

私達は聖書を生活の中の様々な方法で適用することができる。この詩篇はコラの子孫によって、ダビデの幕屋（DM）の祝福について書かれたものである。これを、神が回復しようとしておられる教会に適用することができる（使15:16-17）。
コラの子孫は、DMがいかに慕わしいか（1節）、それらをいかに慕い焦がれているか（2節）、そこに住む者がいかに幸いであるか（4節）を描いている。10節には、DMの庭にいる一日は、その外にいる千日よりも勝っているとあり、11節には、悪の天幕に住むよりは、DMの門の門番となる方が良いと書かれている。私達もダビデの幕屋教会を愛し、そこに住もう。
Devotion 2 of 2: 2 Tim 2
In this chapter Paul gives guidance that apply to the endtime. Paul said he was enduring chains so that others could obtain salvation (v.8-10). He further said if we die and endure with Christ, we would live and reign with Him (v.11-12)! Yes, during the 1st half of the tribulation, if we endure persecution, we will reign and spread revival around the world!
In v.20-26, Paul also taught if we cleanse ourselves, we can be a vessel of honor, sanctified and useful to the Lord. But if we are entangled with worldly things, we cannot become part of God’s army (v.4). Let’s keep pure so we can be used to save others!

この章でパウロは、終末に適用される指針を与えている。パウロは、ほかの人々が救いを得るために、自分が鎖に繋がれる苦難に耐えていると語った（8-10節）。さらに、もし私達がキリストと共に死に、耐え忍ぶなら、主と共に生き、治めるようになると言った（11-12節）！そうだ！患難期の前半に、私達が迫害に耐えるなら、治める者となり、世界中にリバイバルを広げるのである！
20-26節に、パウロはまた、自分自身を聖めるなら、主にとって有益な、尊いことに使われる器となれると指摘している。もし私達が日常生活のこと（世のこと）に掛かり合っているなら、神の兵士となることはできない（4節）。自分をきよく保ち、他の人々を救うために用いられよう！
