Devotion 1 of 2: Prov 24
I want to apply v.3-4 to the days of Noah and also to the last days. V.3-4 say, “Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches.”
Through wisdom and understanding God’s plan, Noah built the ark! In the LD, through wisdom and understanding God’s plan for the endtime, we will build a glorious church! Also, because Noah knew God’s will, he also filled the ark’s rooms with animals of every kind! Let’s fill the church with people from every nation on earth (Rev 7:9-14)!

私は3-4節をノアの時代、そして終わりの日にも当てはめたい。3-4節はこう言う。「知恵によって家は建てられ、英知によって堅く立てられる。知識によって部屋は、あらゆる尊い、麗しい財宝で満たされる。」
ノアは、知恵と神のご計画についての理解によって箱舟を建てた。終わりの日にも、私たちは知恵と神の終わりの日のご計画についての理解によって、栄光に満ちた教会を建てるのである。また、ノアは神のみこころを知っていたので、箱舟の部屋をあらゆる種類の動物で満たした。同じように、私たちも地上のあらゆる国民から人々を教会に満たそうではないか（黙7:9-14）。
Devotion 2 of 2: Luke 11
In v.5-8, we find the story of the man who asked his friend for bread at midnight. Midnight is often a symbol of the endtime in the Bible. One example is the groom (Jesus) came at midnight in the story of the 10 virgins (Matt 25:6).
In the endtime those who reject the mark of the beast will not be able to buy food (Rev 13:16-17), so we will need to seek food from our friend, Jesus, in order to survive and also to feed our friends! But the answer won’t come immediately! As Jesus teaches here, we need to pray with persistence! Let’s learn to not give up in praying!

5-8節には、真夜中に友人のところへパンを借りに行った人のたとえがある。聖書では、真夜中はしばしば終わりの日の象徴である。その一例は、十人の娘のたとえで、花婿（イエス）が真夜中に来たことである（マタイ25:6）。
終末の時、獣の刻印を拒む者は食べ物を買うことができなくなる（黙13:16-17）。そのため、私たちは生き延びるため、また友人たちを養うために、私たちの友であるイエスに食べ物を求める必要がある。しかし、その答えはすぐには与えられない。この箇所でイエスが教えているように、答えを受けるためには、あくまで頼み続ける必要があるのである。諦めずに祈り続けることを学ぼう！
