Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 39
We read about the High Priest’s garments being made in this chapter. The names of Israel’s 12 tribes appear 2 times, once on 2 onyx stones on the shoulders of the ephod (v.6-7) and the other on 12 precious stones set in the breastplate (v.8-21).
The order of the names on the onyx stones was according to the birth of Jacob’s 12 sons (Ex 28:8-9). But I believe their names on the breastplate were engraved based on their marching order (Num 10:11-28). I cannot explain in this short space, but it is wonderful!

この章では、大祭司の装束が作られたことが記されています。イスラエルの12部族の名前は2回登場します。1回目はエポデの肩に嵌め込まれた2つのしまめのう（6-7節）、2回目はエポデに取り付けられた胸当てに嵌め込まれた12個の宝石（8-21節）です。

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 40
This chapter describes the cloud and glory of God filling the tabernacle upon its completion (v.34)! This is a clear message from God that when the restoration of the church is completed, God’s presence and glory will fill it! When that happens, people will get saved, healed, delivered, and transformed! Let’s pray for that to happen!

この章では、幕屋が完成した時に、神の雲と栄光が幕屋を満たす様子が描かれています（34節）。これは、教会の再建が完了する時、神の臨在と栄光が教会を満たすという、神からの明確なメッセージです。そうなれば、人々は救われ、癒され、解放され、変えられるでしょう。そうなるよう祈りましょう。
