Devotion 1 of 2: Zech 4
This chapter describes Zechariah’s vision of a lampstand in between two olive trees (v.2-3). It also contains the famous and powerful verse 6: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts.”
V.14 says of the 2 olive trees: “These are the two anointed ones, who stand beside the Lord of the whole earth.” Because Rev 11:4 says the 2 witnesses are the 2 olive trees and 2 lampstands, some Bible teachers believe the 2 witnesses of Rev 11 are Zerubbabel and Joshua (Zech 3), the 2 olive trees of Zech 4.
But most Bible teachers believe the 2 witnesses are Elijah and Moses because of their miracles in Rev 11:6, or Elijah and Enoch because they didn’t die, and all men must die. I believe the 2 witnesses are Elijah and Moses!

この章は、ゼカリヤが見た二本のオリーブの木と、その間にある燭台（2-3節）の幻について述べています。また、有名で力強い6節もあります。「これは、ゼルバベルへの主のことばだ。『権力によらず、能力によらず、わたしの霊によって』と万軍の主は仰せられる。」
14節は二本のオリーブの木について、「これらは、全地の主のそばに立つ、ふたりの油そそがれた者だ。」と述べています。黙11:4では、二人の証人は二本のオリーブの木と二つの燭台であると述べられているため、一部の聖書教師は、黙11章の二人の証人はゼルバベルとヨシュア（ゼカ3章）、ゼカ4章の二本のオリーブの木ではないかと考えています。
しかし、大部分の聖書教師は、二人の証人は、黙11:6の奇跡を行ったエリヤとモーセではないか、あるいは全ての人が必ず死ぬという理由から、死ななかったエリヤとエノクではないかと考えています。私は正解がエリヤとモーセだと信じます。
Devotion 2 of 2: Rev 8
There was silence in heaven for half an hour (v.1). I believe this signifies the end of one time period, T1, and the beginning of another, T2, when the wrath and judgment of God will fall upon the wickedness of mankind.
4 of the 7 trumpets sound in this chapter. Here is the summary of the first 4 trumpets.
*1st trumpet (v.7): 1/3 of trees and all green grass was burned up.
*2nd trumpet (v.8-9): 1/3 of sea became blood, 1/3 of living creatures died; 1/3 of ship destroyed!
*3rd trumpet (v.10-11): Star named Wormwood fell on 1/3 of rivers and springs; water became bitter; many died.
*4th trumpet (v.12): 1/3 of sun, moon and stars darkened; 1/3 of the day and night did not shine
The horrible judgments against humanity’s many sins, including killing Christians, bring much panic, chaos and suffering. Let’s pray we can lead as many people as possible to Christ and the LDC so they don’t enter T2!
デボーション2/2：黙8章
天に半時間静けさがありました（1節）。これは、一つの期間T1の終わりと、神の怒りと裁きが人類の邪悪に下るもう一つの期間T2の始まりを意味していると私は信じます。
この章では7つのラッパのうち4つが鳴り響きます。最初の4つのラッパの要約は次のとおりです。
＊第一のラッパ（7節）：地上の1/3と木の1/3とすべての青草が焼け落ちました。
＊第二のラッパ（8-9節）：海の1/3は血になり、生き物の1/3は死に、船の1/3は打ち壊されました！
＊第三のラッパ（10-11節）：苦よもぎという星が川と水源の1/3に落ち、水は苦くなり、多くの人が死にました。
＊第四のラッパ（12節）：太陽、月、星の1/3が暗くなり、昼と夜の3分の1は光を失った。
クリスチャンたちの殺害を含む、人類の多くの罪に対する恐ろしい裁きは、大きなパニック、混乱、そして苦しみをもたらします。できるだけ大勢の人々をキリストと終末教会に導き、患難の後半から守るように祈りましょう！
