デボーション1/2：Jer 35
この章では、父ヨナダブと祖父レカブの命令に従ったレカブ人について説明しています。その命令とは、ワインを飲んだり、住む家を建てたり、ブドウ園や畑や種を植えたりしないことでした（8-10節）。
神は彼らを例として、レカブ人は父に従うが、ユダヤ人は神に従わないとエレミヤを通して語りました（14節）。したがって、神がユダに対して預言した災い（バビロンによる滅亡）は必ず実現します（17節）。
私たちはレカブ人のようになり、父なる神が御言葉で私たちに命じていることを守るべきです。聖書が神の啓示による御言葉だと信じない生ぬるいクリスチャンたちは、反キに騙されて彼を崇拝し、付いて行く危険があります。ですから、できるだけ彼らのために祈り、助けましょう。
Devotion 2 of 2: Rom 7
This chapter presents us with the reality of trying to live the Christian life. We want to and we try, but we cannot do it because of sin which is in us (v.15-20).
Paul says in v.24-25 that his life was wretched, but he found the answer in Jesus! What was it? I believe it is understanding the difference between living by the law or by the cross, or living by the flesh or by the Spirit!
Living by the law or the flesh is to always look if our actions broke the law or not, to see how bad our works are! This is how we come under condemnation and become wretched and lose the victory!
Living by the cross is to be led by the Spirit to always repent if we sin and then look at the cross where Jesus died for our sins and gave us His righteousness. So, instead of looking at our sin, we look at Jesus’ righteousness! This is how we always rejoice for our victory over sin!

この章は、クリスチャンとして生きようとする現実を私たちに示しています。私たちはそのように生きたいと思い、努力しますが、中にある罪のゆえにそれができません（15-20節）。
パウロは24-25節で、自分の人生は惨めだったが、イエスに答えを見つけたと言っています。それは何でしょう？それは律法によって生きるか十字架によって生きる、肉によって生きるか聖霊によって生きるの違いを理解することだと思います！
律法や肉によって生きるということは、私たちの行動が律法に違反していないかどうかを常に見て、私たちの行いがどれほど悪いかを見ることです！これが私たちが非難され、惨めになり、勝利を失う方法です！
十字架によって生きるということは、私たちが罪を犯したら常に悔い改めるように聖霊に導かれ、イエスが私たちの罪のために死んで私たちに義を与えてくださった十字架を見ることです。ですから、私たちは自分の罪を見る代わりに、イエスの義を見るのです！これが私たちが罪に対する勝利を常に喜ぶ方法です！
