Devotion 1 of 2: Jer 5
This chapter describes the people of Judah, their failures and the consequence of their failures.
The Jews refused to receive correction and return to God (v.3b). They forsook God and committed adultery with harlots (v.7). This involved having physical relationship as a form of worship with harlots in their “houses,” or heathen temples.
False prophets were saying that evil would not come upon them; i.e., the sword of the Babylonian Empire would not invade Jerusalem, but God said that the word is not in them (v.12-13)!
Jeremiah repeats the above over and over. He repeatedly warned Judah that those were false prophecies and that Babylon would invade. In application to the endtime, it is akin to many pastors saying that God will protect the church and rapture us before AC appears so we don’t need to worry.
They are not false prophets but sincerely believe the pre-trib rapture teaching. But it is wrong. So, we must be like Jeremiah and warn as many Christian friends as possible to help prepare them so they can overcome AC!

この章では、ユダの人々とその失敗、そして失敗の結果について説明しています。
ユダヤ人は懲らしめを受けながら、神に立ち返ることを拒否しました（3b節）。彼らは神を捨て、遊女と姦通をしました（7節）。このことは、彼らの「家」、つまり異教の神殿で、崇拝の一形態として遊女と肉体関係を持つことを伴いました。
偽預言者たちは、彼らに災いは襲わないと預言していました。つまり、彼らはバビロン帝国の剣を見ないと主張しましたが、神は彼らの内には御言葉がないと言いました（12-13節）！

Devotion 2 of 2: Acts 5
Let’s look at 3 lessons from this chapter. Lesson1: Ananias and Sapphira sold their land and gave a part of the money to the church but said it was everything. Peter spoke words of judgment, and they fell dead (v.1-11)! This will happen in the endtime, too! With great power comes great responsibility and a high standard of purity!
Lesson 2: In the last revival, all who believe will become John 14:12 believers! We’ll do what the apostles did in v.12-16, and the same results of multitudes gathering, all the sick healed, and multitudes saved will happen in Japan, too!
Lesson 3: The apostles were persecuted and imprisoned, but an angel rescued them, and they went right back to preaching the gospel (v.17-21)! Likewise, AC will throw Christians into prison to execute us, but God will send angels to rescue us over and over! Let’s also go right back to preaching the Good News!
