Devotion 1 of 1: Acts 6
This chapter tells the story of the 1st deacons in the church (v.1-7). One lesson we can gain here is if we’re faithful in little things, God will reward us with blessings in big things!
Stephen was one of the 7 deacons who served the widows in the church by distributing food to them. He served selflessly and diligently, and God rewarded him with a ministry accompanied by great signs and wonders (v.8)! This led to multitudes of people getting saved (v.7)!
Let’s be faithful in serving in the little things, too! Surely God will reward us with miracles and revival in Japan!
