Devotion 1 of 2: Col 3

1) They can get bitter when they think their wives aren’t respecting them.
They can get free by not blaming their wives, but by taking the responsibility upon themselves by thinking, “She doesn’t respect me because of my behavior. So if I change my behavior, her attitude will change.”
2) By getting angry at them or always controlling them by scolding them or telling them what to do. This might be affecting their children’s brain development, self-image, and sexual preference or ID.

Devotion 2 of 2: Nah 2

This prophecy of destruction against Nineveh (v.8-10) was fulfilled when the Medes and Babylon destroyed her in 612 BC. They were given a chance to change their destiny when God sent Jonah to preach to them, and they repented in 760 BC! They were spared from disaster then, but their change was not permanent, and they backslid to their evil ways! Let’s repent and make permanent changes in our lifestyle so we can become the LDC! Let’s not backslide like Assyria did!
