Devotion 1 of 2: 1 Chron 29
David and Israel gave willingly and joyfully for the construction of the temple (v.2-9)! They also gave generously! And God used it to build a glorious temple through Solomon! When we give willingly, joyfully and generously, God will use it to build a great church!

Devotion 2 of 2: Eph 6
1) In v.15, shoes represent readiness to share the gospel. I want to be ready at all times to share the gospel or Bible truth with anyone who is willing to hear.
2) In v.16, the shield of faith is necessary to extinguish the flaming darts of Satan. This is an important weapon because Satan always accuses us and tries to get us discouraged, but with the shield of faith, we can knock his accusations down!
