Devotion 1 of 2: Mark 12
Vineyard = God’s covenant; owner = God; vinedressers = Jews; servants = prophets, and son = Jesus. The meaning is that the Jews were given God’s covenant, but when prophets sought for fruit, the Jews killed them. And when God sent Jesus, they killed him, too. So God cut Jews off from His Covenant (and gave it to the Gentiles).

Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 131
To be honest, in devotions, I’m not doing what this psalm teaches. I’m doing the opposite! I don’t want to have a haughty attitude (v.1), but I am concerned about great matters in the endtime, like fighting against antichrist and saving hundreds of millions of souls! So, instead of a calm quiet soul (v.2), I often have a bold, fighting spirit, believing God for revival! But once in a while, during my devotions, I do have calm, quiet attitude, too!
