Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 67
Verse 1 asks God for grace and blessings, and v.2 shows the purpose—so that nations will be saved! Yes, when the church in Japan is blessed abundantly by God and is restored to full maturity, love, unity, God’s presence, glory, holiness, power, healings and other miracles, the people of Japan will see it, open up their hearts and be saved! Amen!

Devotion 2 of 2: Titus 1
The prophet’s words, “Cretans are always liars…” (v.12) were an exaggeration. What he was saying was that some Cretans lie. When we try to emphasize something, even today we will often exaggerate. I think the real situation was that some Cretans were what the prophet and Paul said about them…liars, evil, lazy, etc. But there were also very good people among the Cretans. We know this because Paul told Titus to appoint elders who were blameless, faithful, upright, holy and disciplined (v.6, 8)!
