Devotion 1 of 2: 2 Cor 11
In v.24, Paul says once he was pelted with stones. This happened in Acts 14:19-20. I believe Paul died, but was revived when some disciples prayed for him! What happens next is proof of Paul’s total commitment to preaching the gospel! After being resurrected, he goes back into the same city where he was stoned! Then the next day he leaves for the next town and continues preaching the gospel without stopping at all! And when he was stoned, Paul had an NDE, learned many incredible things about God, Jesus, heaven, salvation, grace, the church, God’s plan for the ages, etc., which he writes about in his epistles!

Devotion 2 of 2: Isa 35
I believe Is 35 is talking about the Millennial Kingdom period, when Jesus will reign over the earth. Verses 6 and 7 say people who are blind, deaf, lame and mute will be healed! In the same way, the earth will be healed, too, as streams of water will flow in desert areas, with the result, I believe, of turning them into beautiful gardens of Eden! I believe one of the purposes of the Millennium will be to cleanse the earth of pollutions and make it into a global Garden of Eden—the original calling of man (Gen 1:26-28)!
