Devotion 1 of 2: Acts 28
I experienced something similar to Paul being attacked by a poisonous viper when I was selling my land. There was a possibility that poison had flowed underground from my neighbor’s land into mine, so a prospective buyer demanded a soil inspection! I prayed and confessed that my land was not contaminated and shook the possibility of soil poisoning off my land! The soil inspection found that my land was not contaminated, and so the buyer bought my land! Praise the Lord!

Devotion 2 of 2: Num 1
I think Judah’s tribe was blessed because, although he started as an evil person by suggesting to his brothers to sell their younger brother, Joseph, as a slave (Gen. 37:26-27), he repented and changed, and in the end he was willing to become a slave, in other words, to lay down his life, to save another brother, Benjamin (Gen 44:33). In this way, Judah exemplified Christ’s love for us when He became our substitute on the cross, and therefore the tribe of Judah was abundantly blessed by God!
