Devotion 1 of 1: Ps 65
I think v.9-13 can be applied to the LDR. God will visit the earth, water it, greatly enrich it, send his river with abundant water, provide much grain (v.9), and clothe the pastures with flocks and cover the valleys with grain (v.13)! This is a picture of the abundant harvest of souls and great joy and praise that God wants to give us in the endtime (v.13)!
Let’s believe and seek God to do this in Japan!

V.1-11 continue the teaching of the rapture in the endtime. Here are some important points:
1) We should know the time and season of the rapture, but not the exact date (v.1).
2) The rapture will come as a thief in the night to those in darkness but not to those in the light (v.2-5).
(To be continued...)
(Continuing...) (2/2)
3) Those in darkness will be saying, “Peace and safety!” when the rapture happens, then destruction, or wrath, will fall upon them (v.3). This will happen when AC kills many LDC believers after 3.5 years of revival (Rev 11:3-7). The world will rejoice, make merry and send gifts to each other, saying, “Peace and safety at last!” but the church will be raptured before their eyes, they will enter the 2nd half of the tribulation, and the wrath of God will fall upon the world (Rev 11:8-13).
4) God did not appoint us to wrath (v.9). Many Christians interpret this as God will rapture the church before the tribulation begins and AC appears, but wrath will come in the 2nd half of the tribulation. So the church will go through the 1st half of the tribulation, which will be a time of great persecution, but also of great revival! Then the rapture will take place in the middle of the tribulation so that the church will not face the wrath of God, which will be directed at AC and his people.
Let’s not be people of the night but of the day and understand the endtime rapture, so that we will not be caught off-guard, like a thief in the night, but will be ready for it so we can be raptured!
