Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 21

I'm sorry for this late posting!
SUN, 5/26, My Devotions: (1/2)
PS 21: Free sharing!
V.11 says, “For they intended evil against You; they devised a plot which they are not able to perform.” A beautiful illustration of this verse is Haman’s plot to exterminate the Jews in the book of Esther. Through the heroics of Mordecai and Esther, the plot was foiled!
This is a prophetic picture of how AC’s plot to exterminate the church during the tribulation will also fail, and revival will happen instead!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 22

PS 22: Answers! (2/2)
1) “My God, My God, what have You forsaken Me?” (v.1). Jesus uttered these words on the cross as seen in Matt 27:46. The Unification Church says these words show the cross was a failure, but they are completely wrong! They don’t understand what these words mean!
These words mean that the Father couldn’t look upon the Son because on the cross Jesus took all of mankind’s sins upon himself and became our substitute for God’s wrath and judgment! That’s also why the sun was dark for 3 hours (Matt 27:45).
So these words should touch our innermost being because they show the price Jesus paid in order to save us! Thank you, Jesus! We love you for what you did for us!
