Devotion 1 of 2: Heb 10
1) They were meant to be a type of the future sacrifice of Jesus on the cross that would actually remove mankind’s sins. By offering animal sacrifices in faith, Israel’s sins were covered until they were washed away by Jesus’ blood.
2) *It means we are no longer struggling to try to obey the Law, but our hearts have been changed so that we want to follow God’s law and will!

*I repented of my sins, surrendered my heart to God and asked Jesus to become the Lord of my life. The next morning, when I awoke, I felt like the world had changed! The grass looked like a beautiful carpet; the birds chirping sounded like angels singing; the blue sky and clouds looked like heaven! And when I saw people, I felt love for them, and I wanted them to know how wonderful God was and how much he loved them! I knew the purpose of my life! It was to know God and tell others about him!

Devotion 2 of 2: Mic 3
The prophet Micah runs into the false prophets who claim Israel won’t be harmed because the Lord is among them (v.11b)! But they were wrong and v.12 says Jerusalem would become heaps of ruins! This is a picture of sincere Christians who believe God won’t allow AC to persecute the church despite what Rev 13:7 and 11:7 and Matt 24:9-11 say. They believe that Jesus will protect the church from the tribulation by rapturing the church beforehand. But I believe the church will be raptured in the middle of the 7-year tribulation and will face AC’s attack for the 1st 3.5 years of the tribulation! But these will also be years of revival and world evangelism as God will restore the church to a powerful, glorious church that will supernaturally defeat AC for 3.5 years until their mission of world revival is accomplished! Only then will AC be allowed to overcome God’s people
