Devotion 1 of 2: Dan 11
I read an explanation of this complex prophecy and was amazed at how it was fulfilled in many details. But the end is still confusing to me. It seems to be saying that in the endtime, the kings of the north and south will fight (v.40), and the king of the north will win (v.43), but he will hear bad news from the east and north, and will go out with anger and kill many (v.44), but in the end, he himself will be killed (v.45). I will pray and study more to find out how this chapter fits in to Armageddon or other endtime events.

Devotion 2 of 2: Dan 12
1) V.2 is an encouraging promise. It speaks of resurrection to everlasting life for those who believe in Jesus but, unfortunately, resurrection to shame and contempt for those who don’t believe! Thank you, Jesus, for the promise of resurrection to eternal life!
2) V.10b is another encouraging promise. It says those who are wise will understand! Now the endtime can seem confusing and Bible prophecies about the last days can seem to difficult to understand, but if we seek Jesus with all our heart, he will give us understanding as the time approaches! Amen!
