Devotion 2 of 2: Prov 24
“I passed by the field of a sluggard, by the vineyard of a man lacking sense, and behold, it was all overgrown with thorns; the ground was covered with nettles, and its stone wall was broken down.” (v.30-31). I feel like these verses apply to me concerning my kitchen. I have lost motivation for washing dishes. I don’t do it right away, and so dishes pile up in the sink! So I pray that the Lord will help me to overcome sluggardness (laziness), and I will regularly wash the dishes and clean the kitchen!
