In v.35, it says the name of the city from that time on will be: “The Lord Is There.” This will be fulfilled in the Millennium! But I think the same name should apply to the church, too! We want our church to be called: The Lord Is There Church! Yes, we want his presence and glory with us at every worship service!

V.8 gives us such a wonderful goal to aim for in how we should think! We shouldn’t be thinking about our failures, or the people who hurt us, or the negative past and present things in our lives all the time, but rather, the true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and praise-worthy things! If we do so, the Bible promises that the God of peace will be with us!
