Devotion 2 of 2: Matt 16

In v.2-3, Jesus scolded the Pharisees and Sadducees about knowing how to interpret the weather by observing the sky but not being able to interpret the signs of the times. We should be able to interpret the signs of the times and realize that we are living in the last days. In v.5-6, Jesus scolded the disciples about not understanding what He warned them about in v.6. He warned them to be on guard against the yeast, or the teaching, of the Pharisees and Sadducees, but they thought Jesus was talking about bread! When Jesus talks to me about something in me, I need to understand what He is saying and not misinterpret it to mean something else.
