Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 85
This prophetical psalm of the Babylonian Captivity in the future (v.1) gives us an example of how restoration comes to pass! V.2-3 say God forgave Judah’s sins and turned away from wrath. Because of that, God could restore the Jews’ salvation (v.4) and return them back to their land.
However, although not specifically mentioned, in order for God to forgive and restore Judah, they no doubt repented of their sins. Acts 3:19-21 is a good Scripture showing repentance comes before restoration! Let’s not forget this vital truth.

この未来のバビロン捕囚に関する預言的詩篇（1節）は、回復がどのように達成されるかという例を示している！2-3節では、神がユダの罪を赦し、御怒りを鎮められたと述べられている。それゆえに、神はユダヤ人の救いを回復し（4節）、彼らを自分たちの土地に戻すことができたのである。
しかし、明確には言及されていないものの、神がユダを赦し回復されるためには、彼らが自分たちの罪を悔い改めたことに疑問の余地はない。使徒3:19-21は、回復の前に悔い改めが来ることを示す素晴らしい聖句である！この極めて重要な真理を忘れないようにしよう。
Devotion 2 of 2: 2 Tim 3
V.1-9 describe an increasingly corrupt and wicked world in the last days! In Gen 6:3-7, in the days of Noah, the world was similarly rampant with corruption and violence, and this caused God to decide to destroy mankind!
In 2 Tim 3:8, the names of 2 men, Jannes and Jambres, appear as men who resist the truth. Upon digging up their identity, I discovered that ancient Jewish tradition and the Talmud identify them as Pharoah’s chief magicians who opposed Moses by duplicating their miracle signs in Ex 7:8-13. Let’s be prepared to face evil spirit resistance to our ministry in the LD!

1-9節は、終わりの時における益々腐敗し悪化していく世界を描写している！創6:3-7にあるノアの時代にも、世界は同様に腐敗と暴力で蔓延しており、そのために神は人類を滅ぼすことを決意された。
2テモテ3:8では、真理に抗する者としてヤンネとヤンブレという二人の男の名が登場する。彼らの正体を調べる過程で、古代のユダヤ人の言い伝えやタルムードが、彼らを出7:8-13で奇跡のしるしを真似てモーセに対抗したパロの長たる魔術師たちと同定していることを発見した。私達も終わりの時の働きに、悪霊による抵抗に直面する覚悟をしよう！
